3. 用户B可以提交证明，证明这个事件是真还是假。
4. 当证明人的数量，达到A发布的要求时，事件即为完成状态。
5. 当事件完成后，A必须对次事件结账，将奖励平分给证明人，证伪人将会被处罚扣信用分。
6. 如果A不对事件结账，官方将替代A结账，并对A扣信用分。
7. 如果一个用户的信用分低于1分，将被禁止发布事件，禁止当任何事件的证明人。
