Calling all those interested in building up the Ethereum rollup community!
The Ethereum ecosystem is likely to be all-in on rollups as a scaling strategy for the near and mid-term future (see Vitalik’s rollup centric ethereum roadmap). A variety of optimistic and zk-rollups are already in production or will go live soon.
As gas prices are soaring the most promising short term solution to getting a scalable EVM like developer experience is optimistic rollups. Therefore, in this round our wishlist emphasizes evm-optimistic rollups. However, don't let this restrict your creativity - we are accepting applications for all types of rollups.
The goal is to grow the rollup community and help to kickstart a flourishing ecosystem. We want to make it easy for dapps to live on multiple rollups and have user and developer experience for rollups on par with mainnet or better. Social recovery wallets could be made the default and it should be easy for users to move from one rollup to another even during prolonged periods of very high gas prices.

Team introduction
We are a team from all over the world, and our vision is to build a consensus community and an oracle for user voting mechanisms. Simply put, our platform has the following characteristics:
1. TT will be a cross chain social platform.
2. TT will use the user voting mechanism to realize the function of an oracle.
3. TT will achieve free event publish and task publish.
4. TT will not force the use of platform tokens, and all tokens attached to the public chain will be available (but application and evaluation are required).
5. TT will be based on the oracle machine to realize game and entertainment functions, and open API to the outside world to accept third-party game access.
6. TT will have basic social functions, such as chatting, building groups, and sending red packet.
7. TT has a gas-like combustion mechanism to protect the system from flooding.
